One system for the whole club

Every part of Love Our Club knows about every other part. A member who books a court is the same member who renewed in March and paid for the junior camp; the booking is a sale, the sale is in the books, and the treasurer never types any of it in. That is the whole idea, and it is why the modules are not sold separately.

Any club with members and a calendar

Tennis and pickleball clubs were first, and the booking rules, ladders and lights came from them. Curling clubs book sheets and run bonspiels, swim clubs book lanes, multi-sport clubs run all of it under one roof, and associations register the clubs themselves. If your club has members, things to book and events to run, it fits.

Communication

News for everyone or for a membership type, reminder emails for bookings and registrations, emails from your own club address, and a contact form that lands in a support queue instead of somebody's inbox.

Help that is actually there

Every screen has a help article written for it, and an assistant that answers questions about your own club's setup. Ask it why a member cannot book, and it tells you which rule says so.

Security and backups

Two-factor sign-in for administrators, permissions by role, an activity log of who changed what, and continuous backups. Nothing to install and nothing to update.

See it with your own club's numbers

Register, fill the club with sample data from a few questions, and try the committee's jobs for yourself. Or book a demo and we will show you the parts that matter to your club.
